Save money with @earlybird and 10 other special-deal Twitterers

If saving money is an item that's always on your shopping list, we have a few Twitter handles to add to your "following" list. Deal websites have been using Twitter to alert followers to big discounts on limited quantity items, and now Twitter is getting into the deal-sharing business with the official @earlybird account.

The @earlybird account will be sharing made-for-Twitter discounts with users. The deals will be similar to the deep discounts that Groupon and Gilt shoppers are familiar with, including "special time-bound deals, sneak-peeks, and events," according to the @earlybird's official help page.
