Issues with Constructible Buildings
Description:
Using construction materials from the gift box toward the completion of a constructible building, such as the Japanese Barn, initially appears to work, but rolls back without redemption of the gift materials to the gift box.
Status:
This issue has been validated and is being investigated by the development team now.
Workaround:
There are no proven workarounds for this issue to date. It is advised that you avoid adding new materials toward your constructible buildings until this bug is resolved.

Many FarmVille Freaks, myself included, have reported losing supplies when constructing their Japanese Barn building. After accepting Japanese building supplies that are sent as free gifts from your FarmVille neighbors, the supplies can be found in your Gift Box. However, after choosing to use the supplies for your Japanese Barn, a further investigation shows that the supplies have not counted!
