It has been awhile, but with tonight's June 17th update FarmVille has added new country flags to the FarmVille Market.

These new flags will be permanent market fixtures meaning there is no expiry time. If you are farming in the following countries, you can now purchase your country's flag for 16 FV$ and proudly display it on your farm.
