New York state's Attorney General says his office is ready to sue Tagged.com, a social networking site for teens, if it doesn't immediately address the problem of user profiles the state says suggest and advocate pedophilia.

Andrew M. Cuomo's allegations are a warning to consumers that Tagged.com includes graphic images of children in sexually explicit poses, and may put safety at risk. In a letter to Tagged founder and CEO Greg Tseng, the Attorney General accuses the website of failing to respond to multiple user reports about child pornography and sexual solicitation of minors by adults.
