P.F. Chang's has a new line of frozen food

Let's face it, we're in a recession. Consumers are busy running around job hunting, doing overtime, or converting their living room into a home office. People are not eating out as usual, and restaurants are experiencing a negative hit to their bottom line. What can they do?

A new wave is forming as restaurants bring their quality food to you. Burger King, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and even T.G.I. Friday's are among the few restaurants that are selling a line of frozen food options available at a grocery store near you. Now, P.F. Chang's has entered the market.

The company has partnered with Unilever to launch a line of eight frozen meals for two priced from $7.50 to $10. P.F. Chang's stated that the new line will not beat the taste and experience of enjoying a freshly prepared meal at one of its 172 restaurants across the nation.

Burger King's line of frozen crinkled-cut fries sell for $1.10. Jamba Juice's box of four, 2.5 ounce. frozen fruit sorbet bars will cost you $3.99.

So, the next time you decide to go out for dinner, just invite some friends over for a frozen food event. Technically, it's still P.F. Chang's.
