With more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience, Todd is responsible for responding to the needs of home buyers across Bank of America's vast array of customer segments. His team is focused on creating more transparency and clarity in the home loan process by educating consumers to help them make smart decisions.

Todd is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and a former member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). He has served as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of NAMB as well as the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), and was recognized by both organizations as their Affiliate of the Year. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, with a double major in Finance and Marketing, from Santa Clara University and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
