Pampers Dry Max target of class action lawsuit

Just weeks after Pampers Dry Max drew the wrath of a group of parents who met on Facebook over their common belief the new line of diapers was causing serious rashes on their children, a class-action lawsuit has been filed against Pampers' parent company Procter & Gamble.

"Families across the country have had to watch their babies needlessly suffer," attorney Gretchen Cappio of the law firm Keller Rohrback. "These diapers wounded the most sensitive parts of their bodies."
