To celebrate 20 years of cooking, renown chef Emeril Lagasse is giving away electronic copies of recipes from his three New Orleans restaurants. The cookbook includes 11 recipes, from BBQ shrimp with rosemary biscuits to Miss Hay's Stuffed Chicken Wings and a Delmonico Martini. (Stomach grumbles.) Is it lunch time? The free electronic cookbook is 32 pages (6 MB) so give it a few minutes to download if you have a high-speed connection and even longer if you use dial up. I've never tried Emeril's recipes or eaten at his restaurants. Is he any good? He must be, given his popularity.
