San Francisco Rental Deal in Noe Valley: Great 2BR House for $700!

Okay there has got to be a crazy catch but I don't see it anywhere in this apartment rental listing. I looked through it several times and it still says two bedroom house for rent in Noe Valley for $700. What's the trick? Noe Valley is a pleasant neighborhood right on the other side of the Mission, with all your shopping and dining needs right on 24th Street. Did they turn back time to 1988 rental prices. Maybe it's some eccentric millionaire who's renting out his extra two-bedroom house as a protest to high rental prices in San Francisco?
