Mafia Wars level up screen gets an overhaul

Mafia Wars has been getting the spit and shine treatment lately, with a roll out of new properties pages, and smaller, but handy, updates like a new level-up screen that lets you assign skill points to your character directly from the level up screen. Anything that requires less clicking -- we're on board. Well, most of the time.
