The Raisins are one of four required ingredients to learn the Limited Dish Recipe, "Hot Cross Bun", which will be around for the next 21 Days. Raisins are very rare; it currently sports an Ingredient Star Rating of 5 (as is the Flour ingredient) for this week, and is usually given away through random appearances of the Food King.
