I know this apartment building well. It's right next to my post office on Market Street. I pass it almost every day. There's a Starbucks right next to the entrance. So if you like Starbucks coffee and mailing things, then living at the Archstone Fox Plaza could be a real plus.

The locale is pretty central as you're situated perfectly between the Orpheum Theatre and Yerba Buena Gardens in the Civic Center neighborhood. But beware that what you get with a central locale is the grittiness of Market Street, which can get pretty hairy (and bad smelling) at certain points. But the Archstone Fox Plaza apartments come with a lot of amenities when it comes to one- and two-bedroom living scenarios.
