'Jersey Shore' Heads to Miami for Season Two

The Jersey ShoreSeaside Heights, N.J., may find soon find itself in a "situation," and not the spray-tanned, fist-bumping kind. After riding the real estate wave that rolled in with the cast of MTV's runaway reality hit "Jersey Shore," the coastal town may be in store for quieter times.

Word on the street is that the show's cast of guidos and guidettes will be packing up and heading to Florida for the upcoming second season. If the rumors are true, it will be a serious blow to Seaside Height's freshly inflated rental market, which has been gearing up for an epic summer.
We checked in earlier this year with a Jersey broker who predicted a rental land rush in the area, brought on by scores of vacationing fans hoping for a glimpse of the orange-hued cast. With reports that the production of the new series is set to begin in Miami in just a few weeks, the Seaside Heights rental bubble may have just burst.

But just because Snooki, J-Woww, and the Situation have moved on to more southern climes doesn't mean that their legacy doesn't live on in the Garden State -- more specifically their party central. You can still rent the 6-bedroom beachfront house that served as headquarters for the show's fist-bumping action for a cool $1,800 per night - a rate which goes up to as much as $15,000 per night for special occasions like 4th of July!

It may sound steep, but any good guido knows that you need a solid location from which to conduct your GTL. That's Gym, Tanning, Laundry to all you neophytes.

Oh, Miami, you don't even know what you're in for.
