I Want This Condo in S.F.'s Rincon Hill, $999K

I recently wrote about a condo in San Francisco's South Beach that I'd like to have, mainly because it's within walking distance of AT&T Park, where the San Francisco Giants play.

It was kind of small, with one bedroom. I've found another nearby condo I want that has room for guests and while it's not as close to the ballpark, it's still within walking distance and is closer to the Embarcadero and all that it has to offer.

It's near South Beach, in the Rincon Hill neighborhood that is bordered by the Embarcadero, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, the financial district, and South Beach.
