YoVille's first rare house?!

Yes, YoVille has removed the Pumpkin House from the Realtor's Office. It is the first rare house in YoVille. The Pumpkin House was a YoCoin house for 15,999; it was released during Halloween '09 with a front yard, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom along with a cool glowing window feature.

Is it accidentally removed or intentionally removed? We are still looking for that answer. What else will leave YoVille without any notice? Is the Haunted House next in line? What about our beach and Valentine homes?
