Flush From NBC Payday, Conan Lists CPW Penthouse

"Sorry if I'm a little late," Conan O'Brien told his audience in the midst of the late night shakeup last month. "I had a job interview at Lady Foot Locker."

Hardly. Last month, the former "Tonight Show" host walked away with a reported $32.5 million payout from NBC (not to mention an additional $12 million he negotiated for his staff). And this week, the New York Post reported that O'Brien's Central Park West Manhattan penthouse is for sale for $35 million. (Needless to say, Lady Foot Locker may have to wait).

Does the cow-licked comedian plan to leave New York? Or is he just cashing in on the penthouse he and wife Liza purchased in 2007 for $10 million?
