Michael's has an in-store $1 Valentine framing event on Saturday, Jan. 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Purchase a wooden frame for $1 and Michael's will supply materials to help you decorate it. This event is intended for kids but I think you could go without one!

Caveats: excludes sales items, gift cards, classes, in-store activites, buy and get items, books, magazines, special order custom floral arrangements, brushstroke portraits, Gypsy brand goods, Yudu machine, Cricut and Slice products. This still leaves a lot of eligible items in the store.
