How to plan a Pet Society wedding

It's the dead of winter, but love is in the air. A reader named Natalie is planning a wedding (in Pet Society) and needs some decorating tips. She writes:

"My pet Poe has been with a pet named Penelope for a while now and decided to pop the question. Poe and Penelope are getting married in his big room on the fourth floor, but they need help for decoration of the reception. Poe is clueless; we were hoping you could help us."
