Any working mother will tell you it's tough to go back to the job after having a baby--no matter how glamorous that job may be. Recently Maggie Gyllenhaal, whose career took off when she starred as a kinky office assistant in the indy pic Secretary, chatted with me about what it was like to finally go back to work full force on her latest film Crazy Heart, after giving birth to her daughter Ramona, which she had with her husband, fellow actor Peter Sarsgaard.
