Get a free OneTouch Ultra-Mini diabetes meter in one of six colors when you answer eight questions about your diabetes care, plus share your name, address, and date of birth.

You must qualify to get the meter, so not everyone will get one. For instance, I doubt they are giving away meters to non-diabetics.
