I Want This House! LA Landmark for $2.95M

Updated

Los Angeles has many historic homes and this one on Alta Vista Drive is a beautiful example of the Spanish-influenced design seen around the city. Octavius Morgan, the architect of the Wiltern and El Capitan Theatre's and Adamson House in Malibu, built this home in 1929 as his private residence. At over 4,000-square feet, it features a pool, an outdoor living room with fireplace and exposed beam ceilings throughout. The modern kitchen, library and 7-car garage are some of the other great features of this California Registered Historic Landmark.
