Pet Society Gets Curiouser and Curiouser with New Wonderland Items
It's Wonderland week in Pet Society, and that means the stores are chock-full of items ripped directly from Alice in Wonderland, including the White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, a tea party, Wonderland wallpaper and a collection of Alice-inspired outfits including Alice's signature blue dress, a Mad Hatter Hat and a Queen of Hearts ensemble.
Why Wonderland? That was the question we posed to the a Playfish rep, who simply says that "some or our artists are fans of Alice In Wonderland - which served as inspiration for the items. Our artists are influenced by so many things in pop culture on a daily basis - and some of those things find their way to our games, some don't."
On a personal note, this was one of the best theme weeks so far; I'm not even going to tell you how many coins I spent to create my Wonderland bedroom (pictured) above.
