Go To Hell! There's an App for That
Pushing the buttons of Facebook users this week is a new viral app called Go To Hell, a social application that actually allows you to damn a Facebook friend or group... to hell (at least in Facebook). As part of the promotion for the video game Dante's Inferno from Electronic Arts, users decide which of the nine Circles of Hell their friend of foe should go to: Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Anger, Heresy, Violence, Fraud or Treachery. Given that conservative media thrives on what it perceives as improprieties on social networks, we expect that Go To Hell's road to stardom gets its 15 minutes of fame on The Bill O'Reilly Factor.
Dante's Inferno for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PSP on February 9, 2010 and is rated M for Mature, as such the Facebook App requires that users be at least 18 years of age or older.
