On Tuesday, the New York Post reported that Bernie Madoff got into his first prison fight. Apparently, he and another inmate were arguing about the stock market when the discussion escalated into shouts. Madoff's unnamed assailant shoved him and Madoff shoved back, knocking the man down. According to eyewitness reports, "as the attacker tried to stand up straight, Madoff hovered over him red-faced and glaring."

Madoff's assailant ran away, leaving Madoff with the field of honor and increased "cred." Since the fight, Madoff and his attacker have apparently made up, and are now playing nice. Luckily, the guards didn't see the brawl, so neither prisoner got into trouble.
