A Night in the Stiller House

Comic actor Ben Stiller and his actress wife Christine Taylor have listed their Hollywood Hills estate.

The estate includes three properties. According to this website it includes an authentic, "meticulously restored" Spanish-style home, a "stunning Mediterranean redefined with a contemporary point of view," and a 1,161-square-foot guest house built in 2003.

You can buy all three houses on the lot for a cool $12.5 million. Click here for the breathtaking virtual tour!
Could the Stiller-Taylor house convert into a multi-unit apartment complex if code allowed? Ha! Not likely, of course, but with a combined total of 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread across three properties it might be possible. The homes sit on nearly an acre of land.

Stiller was recently seen in the second installment of "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian." He'll be starring in the comedy "Greenberg," due out next year. Taylor has had a number of television appearances in recent years, including the much-missed "Arrested Development."

Stiller purchased the house back in 1999 for 1,825,000. Nice return!
