Stocks to start higher as Fed starts policy meeting today

U.S. stocks are set to start the first day of Autumn higher as the dollar retreated and optimism about an economic recovery increased, leading international stock markets higher. Meanwhile, at home, the Federal Reserve is poised to start its two-day policy meeting today.
