Stocks set for a lower start as investors take profit

U.S. stocks are set for a lower start Monday morning despite good news from Lennar (LEN), whose results show housing market improvement and despite Dell's (DELL) announcement it is acquiring Perot Systems for $3.9 billion. Investors still seem to need a breather to take some profit following the recent rally and ahead of this week's Federal Reserve meeting and as world stocks' decline.
