Stocks to open marginally higher on strong Chinese data

U.S. stocks are set for a marginally higher open Friday morning as the dollar hit fresh lows following some positive data from China. That, along with new positive OECD indicators point to a stronger recovery worldwide. Investors will also focus on some economic indicators at home. The NYSE will commemorate the September 11 attacks in the opening and closing bells.
