Singles Serving: Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Sometimes, the secret really is in the sauce. Casting around for an easy weeknight dinner recently, I had a sudden craving for the kind of sticky teriyaki chicken sandwich that you can usually only find at a restaurant (typically a chain one, but I'm not above an occasional strip-mall meal).

After a quick Google search, I was happy to learn that I had all of the ingredients for a quick sauce already in my cabinets - and you probably do, too. Don't you love when that happens?
