99-Cent Only Stores is running a Countdown to 9-9-09 promotion involving a Word of the Day Game and a grand prize drawing for a Nintendo Wii game system. However, don't bother to enter unless you live in California, Arizona, Nevada or Texas. All other states are excluded.

If you live in any of the favored states, you can enter the sweepstakes online during the promotion period between Sept. 1-8 by visiting the 99-Cent Only Store Web site and following the directions provided to complete and submit an entry form.

You are limited to one sweepstakes entry per person, per e-mail address and per household per day but can enter every day during the promotion, if you wish.
