The Kitchen Magician: Homemade Salsa


So it seems like the Kitchen Magician has Mexican food on the brain lately, with Green Salsa Chicken and Taco Shells as the last (and actually, the first!) two recipes. So why not keep the theme rolling with a tasty homemade salsa to complete the fiesta?

As much as I like to admire salsa recipes that start with fresh tomatoes, the thought of cleaning, coring, seeding and chopping them somehow kills my salsa craving before I ever get started.
