Stocks set for lower start after Chinese markets' sharp declines

U.S. stocks are poised to start the trading session Monday morning lower despite some deal action. Sharp declines in Chinese shares caused world markets to follow suit and have affected the U.S. too as investors' confidence has been shaken.
