My favorite handbag designer, Cynthia Rowley, doesn't only design haute couture clothing and accessories.

In 2003, Rowley and pal Ilene Rosenzweig signed on with Target to produce cute and quirky home décor for their budget-friendly Swell line. Last year, the hip designer reunited with Target and launched Whim, a trendy, bright-colored outdoor living collection, perfect for summer entertaining. (Think weekend luncheons in Cape Cod.)
