Stocks poised for lower start following GE, BofA earnings, ahead of housing data
U.S. stocks were poised to break the positive momentum and open lower Friday morning following earnings reports from Google (GOOG) and IBM (IBM) late Thursday and Bank of America (BAC) and General Electric (GE) this morning. Investors are also concerned about the fate of CIT Group (CIT). Data on the housing market is also due out this morning.
