Stocks to start off week on a weak note ahead of Federal Reserve meeting

U.S. stocks were set for a lower open Monday morning to start off the week as the World Bank cut its growth forecast for 2009 and said a global recovery was 'unusually uncertain.' Investors around the world are also awaiting the statement from the Federal Reserve following a two-day policy meeting that will start tomorrow. Mostly, investors expect no change in policy.
