Stocks set for a lower start on concerns over financials

Wall Street was poised for a somewhat lower opening Tuesday morning as concerns over the banking system and rising bond yields offset an improved outlook from Texas Instruments (TXN).

Investor will also be waiting to hear later this morning about inventory levels and continue to follow the auto industry closely with news Fiat will not abandon Chrysler and that auto parts will ask for more help.
