Stock futures decline ahead of Bernanke's testimony, data

U.S. stocks were poised for a lower start Wednesday morning as investors awaited Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke's testimony before the House Budget Committee.

Also on tap today are a slew of economic data, including private sector employment numbers and factory orders.
