Yahoo! searching for deal with Microsoft

Yahoo! CEO Carol Bartz said her company is open to a search deal with Microsoft; but not quite what Microsoft (MSFT) was looking for last year when Yahoo! (YHOO) snubbed its bid to buy the company.

"If there's boatloads of money and the right technology involved, we'd do a deal," Bartz said while being interviewed by the Wall Street Journal'sKara Swisher at the All Things Digital conference in Carlsbad, California on Wednesday.
