Free Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal

Instead of going to the dentist for an in-office teeth whitening, Crest has an easier solution.

Crest is offering a free sample of its teeth whitening stripes, called Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal.

According to the ad for the product, the whitening strips offer dramatic teeth whitening with a new no-slip technology. Slap it on your teeth for 30 minutes, once a day. Results are visible after three days, it says.

The form requires filling out a short questionnaire, including the question: What is the main reason you are interested in trying New Crest Advanced Seal Whitestrips? Along with such answers as "Free sample" and "Crest brand" and simply "other," should be "Because my teeth are brown from drinking coffee all day."

The free sample of one per household could take up to four weeks to arrive.
