Tomorrow, Jack in the Box is giving away free tacos...

Free is good, so if you live in one of the 18 states where the fast food restaurant, Jack in the Box, resides, you might be interested to know that tomorrow, Thursday, all day, the restaurant will be giving away two free tacos when you show them a receipt for the purchase of gasoline. The giveaway starts at midnight, tonight, and goes until 11:59 p.m., Thursday.

It can be any gas receipt, according to Jack in the Box's web site that they created, just for this taco giveaway, so I gather if it's some old receipt from 1978 that you pulled out from under your bed, that's okay. But they can't be copies or duplicates of gas receipts. It has to be real. Marketing gimmicks have their standards, after all.

But, hey, I'm not complaining. As I mentioned, free is good. Just keep in mind that if you have to drive even 10 miles to get these free tacos, depending on how much mileage your vehicle gets, you may not be saving much. But if you're near the restaurant, anyway, and like tacos, why not?
