New at the dollar store

As soon as I walked in the door at Dollarama yesterday, these little beauties caught my eye and, well, what can I say? I love glass lanterns. These ones have long wire handles for hanging, votive candles extra. Also in the seasonal aisle, I found some Schmidt garden tools with 12"-long wooden handles.

I'm used to seeing the pocket-sized hand sanitizers in health and beauty. Yesterday they also had some full sized 236ml bottles with a pump. Now the smaller bottles are selling at 2 for $1.00. If you need some new drinking glasses, I saw some sturdy, brightly patterned 8oz. tumblers priced at 2 for $1.00. Bamboo is a big thing of late. Dollar stores are carrying small bamboo cutting boards similar to those I've seen in housewares stores. The main difference is that the dollar store ones are a little thinner.
