Foreclosure leads to drug arrest

FONTANA, Calif. (AP) - A Southern California man faces drug charges after police say they seized $4.5 million worth of marijuana from two of his foreclosed houses.
Fontana police Sgt. Jeff Decker says a bank employee was inspecting a house owned by Angel Wayhang Kou when he discovered marijuana plants on May 1.
That led officers to another five-bedroom house of Kou's that was in foreclosure, where they say they found
