The future is here - USB watch on sale

I'm totally geeked out by today's deal, 20% off of the USB memory watch from thinkgeek.com. Shades of Dick Tracey and Star Wars, this $39.99 wrist timepiece includes a 3 Meg USB flash memory and connector cleverly incorporated into the watchband. No long do you need to dig through your pockets for that thumb drive to up and download digital data from your 'puter, or pull out your cell phone to check the time.

I find the design pleasingly simple, as well, a handsome piece to add to my wardrobe. The only drawback I see is that it claims compatibility with Microsoft OS up to XP, but not Vista.

Nonetheless, I might just spend part of my economic stimulus rebate on this bit of the future. Or perhaps I'll wait for the transporter model.
