Get $35 for being offended by Grand Theft Auto virtual sex

A class action suit settlement is giving people who purchased "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" up to $35. The reason? The game includes simulated sex between the main character and a woman. Parents sued, and now there's a settlement.

Owners of the game apparently think violence in the game is a-okay, but not virtual sex. The game was redone to change the rating from "Mature" to "Adults Only." If you have a receipt for your purchase, you're eligible for up to $35. If you don't have a receipt, you may still be eligible to receive a reduced amount.

About 20 million games were sold worldwide as of September, but only owners of the copies made before July 20, 2005 are eligible for part of the class action settlement. Up to $2.8 million will be spent on the payouts, and the actual amount of your check will depend upon how many people submit a claim. You can get more information and submit your claim here.
