Gifts with an edge: Eggistential humor

As the holiday season approaches, we thought you might appreciate some gift suggestions with a twist, appropriate for those on your list who aren't satisfied with the same old, same old.

Most of these "Gifts with an edge" posts have focused on pretty broadly farcical items. What about the dry wits (or 50% wits (think about it)) on your list?

For the Inge and Beckett fans on your list, how about a felt egg? Safely encased in its metal egg, the felt yolk and whites slide neatly out without the snotty mess of the real thing. If you could find piece of fabric toast, this would be perfect for a '"toad in the hole" that would never spoil. Pair it with bacon bandages for a full breakfast gift.
