Here are 20 Upstate high school boys soccer players to watch in 2024 SCHSL playoffs

Here are 20 players to watch in the Upstate as the SCHSL boys soccer high school playoffs get started this week.

Anthony Bedolla, Jr., Southside: Bedolla leads Southside with 20 goals and 56 points.

Andrew Bowick, Sr., Mauldin: Bowick is an all-state senior defenseman.

Wilfer Bustamante, Sr., J.L. Mann: Bustamante ranks top 10 statewide in goals (25) and points (69). He was picked for the Clash of the Carolinas all-star game June 22 at T.L. Hanna.

Ethan Campuzano, Sr., Powdersville: Campuzano, an all-state selection last season, ranks fourth in the state with 22 assists and has scored 50 points.

Smith Darby, So., J.L. Mann: Darby is second on the team with 21 goals and 49 points.

Reid Feldman, Sr., St. Joseph’s: Feldman is the Knights’ top scorer and a 2023 all-state player.

Andres Giraldo, Sr., Riverside: Giraldo was named to the Clash of the Carolinas all-star game.

Anthony Grudko, Jr., Hillcrest: Grudko is among the state’s top 10 scorers with 67 points on 25 goals and 18 assists.

Patrick Kucaba, Sr., St. Joseph’s: Kucaba has nine goals and five assists. He was picked for the Clash of the Carolinas all-star game.

Luke Manley, Wade Hampton: Manley leads Wade Hampton in points with 13 goals and 13 assists. He is a Clash of the Carolinas all-star.

Eduardo Melgar, Sr., Berea: Melgar is Berea's top scorer and has 20 goals.

Eddie Merck, Sr., Daniel: Merck was named to the North-South all-star team.

Steve Ouattara, Sr., Powdersville: Ouattara, a returning all-state player, has 25 goals and leads the team with 55 points.

Brody Pike, So., Powdersville: Pike has 20 assists (top 10 in the state) and 16 goals to rank second on his team with 52 points.

Kevin Porcoro, Sr., Eastside: Porcoro was picked as a goalkeeper for the North-South all-star game.

Sebastian Restrepo, Sr., Hillcrest: Restrepo is second on the Hillcrest team with nine goals. He’s a North-South all-star.

Adam Richards, Sr., Gaffney: Richards leads Gaffney with 47 points on 16 goals and 15 assists. He made the North-South all-star game/.

Yahir Rivera, Jr., Southside: Rivera is second on the team with 17 goals and 51 points.

Zeah Rodriguez, Sr., Easley: Rodriquez leads Easley with 18 goals.

Tre Segarra, Fr., Byrnes: Segarra has scored 18 of the Rebels’ 53 goals this season and has five assists for 41 points.
