Next week's Coronation Street will see Adam read the DNA test results amid Sarah's baby mystery while Aadi continues his affair with his new boss's wife.
Elsewhere, Paul makes a big decision about his future.
Here's a look at 14 big moments coming up.
1. Sarah continues to keep Adam in the dark
Adam confides in Sarah that he suffered another panic attack as he struggles to accept Sarah's infidelity.
Meanwhile, Sarah is shocked when she and Gail pick up Stephen's things from the flat and she spots her paternity test results.
Sarah is forced to act fast, having deliberately chosen not to find out the truth about her baby's paternity.
2. Adam suspects Sarah is lying
Sarah, Adam and Gail attend a baby scan and are delighted when the sonographer confirms that the baby is healthy.
When the sonographer suggests a blood test to find out the sex and another test for genetic diseases, Adam and Gail are quick to confirm there are no genetic illnesses in either family.
Adam immediately notices Sarah's unease and suspects Sarah is hiding the truth.
3. Adam suffers another panic attack
When Daniel enquires about the scan, Adam has yet another panic attack. He admits to Daniel that Sarah's reaction has left him with doubts and that he still doesn't trust her.
Determined to find out the truth once and for all, Adam tells Sarah that he has written to the clinic and requested written confirmation of the baby's paternity.
4. Sarah and Adam learn the truth
Adam receives the letter from the clinic and as he opens it, Sarah prepares herself for the worst.
Adam is overjoyed when the results prove that he's the father — but is there more to it?
Adam tells Ken and Daniel about his plan to throw a surprise party for Sarah, where they'll reveal the sex of the baby.
5. Amy walks in on Aadi and Courtney
Aadi is keen to show his new boss Darren the figures he has been working on but is frustrated when Darren tells him to spend the day looking after Courtney.
Days earlier, Aadi slept with Courtney, and Courtney makes it clear to Aadi that she wants to do it again.
When Amy arrives at Number 7 to pick up some paperwork for Dev, she's horrified to find Aadi and Courtney together.
6. Aadi is feeling the pressure
Aadi reels when Dev suggests he keep an eye on Courtney as rumours say she's cheating on Darren.
Aadi is shocked to receive a sexy gift from Courtney and is later left feeling uncomfortable when Darren thanks him for looking after his wife.
Meanwhile, when Amy spots Courtney refusing to pay for a drink in the shop, she loses her temper and warns her to stop using Aadi.
7. Aadi can't resist Courtney
At the business meeting, Darren and Courtney tell Dev and Aadi that they want to review Aadi's figures again before showing them to their accountant.
Darren also reveals that he and Courtney are soon heading off on a Caribbean cruise, but Aadi is more interested in spending time with Courtney and suggests she skip the meeting with the accountant.
8. Paul receives advice from a new friend
At the MND clinic, Paul recognises Shelly from the Motor Neurone Disease support group he recently attended.
Shelly's positive attitude about her condition rubs off on Paul, and she urges him to take control of his life and do everything he has dreamed of doing.
9. Billy is shocked by Paul's request
Moved by Shelly's advice, Paul tells Billy he has something important to ask him.
Billy assumes that he's going to receive a marriage proposal and tells Summer the good news.
However, Billy is taken aback when Paul requests Billy's help to end his life when the time comes.
10. Paul and Billy plan their wedding
Summer assists Paul with wedding planning and lists possible venues.
Meanwhile, Paul introduces Shelly to Billy and Bernie, but Shelly's advanced condition leaves Bernie worried about Paul's future.
11. Ryan returns with a secret
Ryan returns from Ireland and tells Carla that he's having some exercise equipment delivered. When Carla suggests he record motivational videos, he brushes off the idea, insisting that no one would want to see his face.
Meanwhile, Daisy attempts to make amends with Ryan, but he knocks her back.
Later, Ryan opens a parcel he has received and injects himself with illegal steroids.
12. Todd receives some good news
George laments that RestEasy has poached another client, and Todd suggests they modernise the business to compete with their rivals.
George is excited to discover that Todd has been nominated for Young Funeral Director of the Year and tells Todd how important it is that he win over RestEasy's nominee.
13. Todd realises Eileen has been lying to him
Glenda assists Todd's campaign to win by taking some publicity pictures of him. When Todd mentions he's only going along with the campaign for the pay rise, George looks confused, and Todd is annoyed to realise that Eileen lied to him.
Ahead of the awards, Eileen clocks that the win means more to Todd than he's letting on.
14. Elaine struggles to put Stephen behind her
Elaine is flattered when Gerry invites her for a drink but insists it's too soon to go on a date.
Meanwhile, Audrey assumes Tim is behind Elaine's decision to evict Stephen from the flat and asks Tim to double-check with Elaine.
