Coming up on Home and Away, Justin's in danger when paranoid Leah lunges at him with a knife.
Elsewhere, Felicity tries to atone for her past sins, and Mac's health takes another turn for the worse.

1. Leah spirals out of control
Leah's paranoia has allowed her to believe that Justin is working for Vita Nova and she tells Theo they must report him to the police.
Rose expresses her concern that Leah needs to see a doctor, but Leah becomes convinced she has been recruited to the cult too.
By the time Justin arrives at the station, Leah is in total meltdown. Unable to face her partner, she flees to the Diner and barricades herself in.
2. Leah threatens Justin with a knife
Justin manages to force his way into the Diner – only to be confronted by Leah brandishing a knife.
He and Theo beg her to put down the weapon, but as Leah's distress builds, Justin decides to call in Bree.
The doctor is able to talk Leah round and takes her home, but in her confused state, Leah only has a hazy recollection of what has just happened.
3. Leah leaves Summer Bay
The following morning, Bree explains to Justin and Theo that Leah experienced a psychotic episode – likely brought on by her trauma and sleep deprivation.
Justin comforts Leah, who recognises she needs professional help that can't be accessed locally.
Later, Leah bids an emotional farewell to her loved ones as she departs for a mental health clinic far away from the Bay.
4. It's Roo to the rescue
Over at the Surf Club, Roo has got her work cut out trying to manage John's old job.
She suggests to Alf that they return John's 'Summer Bay Surf Club Bible' to him, in the hope it may tempt him to back to the business.
But Roo's efforts backfire when John declares he's going to start his own venture – a Surf Safety School for aspiring lifeguards.
5. John gets his job back
News of the Surf Safety School doesn't sit well with Alf, who confronts John and finally gets him to admit how much he misses the Surf Club.
Later, Alf meets with Henderson to plead John's case, but his words fail to make any difference. The surf committee are more forgiving, however, and agree to reinstate John with immediate effect.
When Henderson finds out, he warns there's going to be serious consequences for the Club.
6. Bree revisits her painful past
Remi receives a voicemail from Bree, who's clearly in a state of distress.
He catches up with his girlfriend on the beach, and she tearfully reveals it's been a year since the death of her abusive husband, Jacob.
Bree admits she didn't even remember the anniversary of the man she was married to for seven years and questions what kind of a person that makes her.
7. Mac makes a big mistake
At the hospital, Mac tells Levi she's still not feeling great after her recent heart surgery.
She convinces Xander to have a look over her chart and he's buoyed by the positive readings on it.
His optimism prompts Mac to go against doctor's orders by discharging herself from hospital. But might Xander have unwittingly jeopardised his friend's recovery?
8. Mac starts to regret her decision
Levi knows it's far too soon for fragile Mac to leave his care and rails at Xander for putting the idea into her head.
When Mac does return home, she realises she should have listened to the medical experts.
With her anxiety building, Mac acknowledges to Tane that if something happens now, she's a long way from help.
9. Levi confronts Eden
With Eden still refusing to talk to him, Levi asks Remi if he'll help smooth things over with his sister.
Eden doesn't want to know, so it's left to Cash to deliver her a few harsh home truths.
Later, Eden is taken by surprise when Levi arrives, but their peace talks are derailed when he announces that it's up to her to make the next move.
10. Felicity and Eden turn on Cash
Tensions are still rife between Felicity and Harper and it hasn't gone unnoticed by Cash.
After hearing about their spat, Cash orders his sister to say sorry to Harper – but Felicity doesn't appreciate being told what to do.
She offloads to Eden, who also vents her frustrations about Cash pushing her to see Levi. But when Remi overhears their conversation, he's quick to remind both women of everything Cash has done for them.
11. Felicity and Eden both make amends
With Remi's words ringing in her ears, Felicity sets about to trying to make things right with Harper and Mac.
Both ladies accept her apology and Felicity even works up the courage to ask for her wedding photo back from Tane.
Meanwhile, Eden makes amends with Cash and the couple agree to look to the future as a team.
12. Justin finds a reason to smile again
In the days after Leah's departure, Justin blames himself for not noticing the drastic downturn in her mental health.
Kirby pops over to take his mind off things and Justin is touched when she shares the song her and Theo were going to surprise him with at the wedding.
Still hoping he and Leah will get their happy ending, Justin suggests to Kirby that they finish the song together.
13. Mac's health take a scary turn
As the week draws to a close, Mac is still struggling with her recovery and a spot of late night doom scrolling only fuels her fears about getting ill again.
Next morning, Mac starts experiencing chest pains and bangs on Tane's door, calling for urgent help.
