EastEnders spoilers follow.
Next week on EastEnders, Ben searches for a miracle during Lola's final days, while Stacey's secret is exposed and Freddie's story is revisited.
Here's a full collection of the biggest moments coming up:
1. Stacey's secret is revealed
Stacey takes Lily to school, after she resists attending due to the ongoing bullying she is dealing with.
A furious Stacey shares her concerns with the school headmaster and is invited to join the parents' committee that evening to help stamp out the bad behaviour.
Stacey's appearance at school causes a commotion with a group of pupils, who have access to her Secret Cam page.
Lily also learns what's been going on from Amy, Denzel and Nugget. When Stacey arrives home, she is confronted by a horrified Lily in front of the whole family.
2. Lola returns home from hospital
Jay prepares for Lola to come home but Ben is struggling to accept her prognosis and thinks she should be staying in hospital.
As Lola arrives back, she is greeted by the residents of Walford as they rally around the family for support.
3. Freddie gets competitive
Freddie attempts to recruit a dream team to participate in The Vic pub quiz and seeks help from an unlikely source.
The quiz is soon under way, but as the residents of Walford battle it out, rivalry boils over between Freddie and Reiss' teams.
4. Lola seeks comfort in Reverend Mills
Sonia shares Reverend Mills' number with Jay and encourages him to reach out to her for support for Lola.
After speaking with Phil and Bernadette, Jay contacts Reverend Mills, who later visits Lola at home.
As Sonia thought, Reverend Mills's religious outlook on death is a comfort to Lola in her final days.
5. Ravi pursues Chelsea
Ravi tries to befriend Finlay and Felix by sharing business advice in an attempt to win Chelsea back.
This prompts the housemates to fall out, leaving Whitney to try and pick up the pieces.
She later encourages Chelsea to make amends with Finlay, Felix and Zack and they all take part in the quiz. However, Chelsea becomes distracted by Ravi, who is drinking alone.
6. Stacey faces the music
Stacey is mortified following Lily's revelation over her Secret Cam work and can't bring herself to face her family.
After some wise words from Martin, Stacey heads to the parents' committee to face the judgmental parents and she shares some home truths while she's there.
Sadly, this doesn't resolve all of Stacey's problems as she is still facing a backlash back at home, especially from Jean – who is struggling to come to terms with it all.
7. Lola's loved ones say their goodbyes
Lola becomes very low as her speech becomes more slurred and the reality of her prognosis sets in.
Because of this, Lola refuses to see Janet and William, leaving Honey struggling to know how to deal with the situation.
Honey shares her worries with Phil, who comes up with a plan to let Janet revise for her GCSEs at Peggy's away from the upset at home.
Later, the family gather in Lola's bedroom.
8. Ben struggles to cope
Ben lashes out at Honey and Billy, accusing them of accepting Lola's prognosis too easily.
Jay confronts Ben at The Arches but this only leaves Ben even more angry.
Concerned, Phil speaks to Ben about Peggy and implores his son to stop being selfish.
9. Freddie makes a decision
Freddie has an honest chat with Bobby, where it becomes apparent that Freddie has a lot of the symptoms of ADHD.
He ultimately decides to visit the ADHD specialist, with a view to getting a diagnosis.
10. Stacey comes up with a plan
Lily arrives home upset, insisting she wants to quit school for good as she is now being bullied over her mum's actions.
Knowing this can't go on, Stacey comes up with a plan.
11. Ben refuses to give up
A guilty Ben heads over to Lola's to apologise for his actions. Still not able to accept her prognosis, Ben later leaves a voicemail for Dr Washington, requesting help to ensure Lola will still be alive in September.
Ben meets with Dr Washington to discuss a new treatment option available in America, before heading back to Lola's to attend the ladies day party that Jay, Denise and Kim have arranged for her.
Ben makes a scene there and heads home, where Kathy and Callum implore him to accept the reality of the situation.
12. Patrick makes a virtual return
Chelsea and Denise put aside their fallout at Lola's racing day celebrations.
As the event gets under way, Patrick joins on covert video call. He hasn't been in Walford since deciding to pursue a reunion with his ex-wife Yolande back in March.
EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
