Everyone knows Disney is the happiest place on Earth for kids. But there’s plenty of fun to be had for the adults, too—particularly in the form of the best Disney cocktails. And no, we’re not talking about your run-of-the-mill espresso martini (though you could certainly find one at either of its U.S.-based parks if that’s what you truly have your heart set on). Rather, these cocktails are infused with a bit of that Disney magic, be it in the form of a glow-in-the-dark martini at Sanaa Lounge in Disney’s Animal Kingdom or a Creamsicle-tasting slushie from the France Pavilion, best indulged during a Drinking Around the World rotation at EPCOT.

Of course, theme park tickets are necessary to imbibe the majority of our picks. But there are a few on our list from the resort’s hotel properties that merely require a dinner reservation.

How We Chose the Best Disney Cocktails

We chose the best Disney cocktails based on our own experiences with the drinks, recommendations from some of the park’s own employees, park-goers and virtual word of mouth (aka social media), where fans have shared their passionate reviews about their favorite Disney libations.

Below, the 12 best Disney cocktails that have captivated everyone’s collective tastebuds—including ours.

Your Ultimate Guide to Drinking Around the World at EPCOT

1. Orange Grand Marnier Slush

Best Slushie

By all accounts, this intoxicating little blend of Grand Marnier, rum, Grey Goose L’Orange and orange juice tastes *exactly* like a Creamsicle—which is exactly what we want to be drinking when we’re at Disney. Unlike some of the other slushie drinks on the park’s properties, you’ll definitely know there’s booze in this masterpiece, though the top notes of orange do a nice job of balancing it out.

2. The Conjurita

Best Presentation

  • Where to Get It: Abracadabra Bar, Disney’s Boardwalk, Disney World

  • Primary Liquor: tequila

  • Price: $18

Disney is all about the magic, and that’s exactly what you’ll get in a glass with this libation from the aptly named Abracadabra Bar. It comes out in a lovely shade of lavender but changes to a light pink before your very eyes with just a little pixie dust (which, based on the video above, seems to involve the wave of a wand, a few special words and a secret ingredient). On the taste front, testers say it’s “strong” but “good.”

3. Hightower Rocks

Most Refreshing

  • Where to Get It: Nomad Lounge, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney World

  • Primary Liquor: tequila

  • Price: $17

The Nomad Lounge cocktail bar is widely cited as the best spot in all of Walt Disney World to grab a drink. So it’s no surprise that one of its menu items was bound to end up at the top of our list. The Hightower Rocks, essentially a sweet and sour watermelon marg with Casa Dragones blanco, is a customer favorite. The best part? Even if the lounge is packed (which, if we’re being honest, it typically is), you can order a drink to-go—something we highly recommend for keeping cool on a scorcher of a day in Animal Kingdom.

4. Schöfferhofer Prickly Pear Hefeweizen

Most Exclusive

  • Where to Get It: Germany Pavilion,EPCOT, Disney World

  • Primary Liquor: beer

  • Price: $6/$10

While there are seemingly a million adult beverages to try out during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, running through Nov. 18, a little birdie, aka Rick Decicco, the proprietor and business relations manager for the festival, clued us in to the one that can’t be missed: Schöfferhofer. “We’ve done custom special flavors that are only available here at the festival,” he told PureWow. This year’s brand-new delight? Prickly Pear hefeweizen. According to our official sources (aka those who have tasted it), it’s almost like drinking a pear soda, with just a hint of the fruit. You can get it in a beer flight at the German Pavilion. Prost!

5. Watermelon Candy Cocktail

Fan Favorite

  • Where to Get It: Paradise Garden Grill, Disney California Adventure Park, Disneyland

  • Primary Liquor: tequila

  • Price: $18

We couldn’t let Disney World have all the fun. This drink is so beloved, fans wait for it to hit the menu at the Paradise Garden Grill each year, and we’re happy to announce that after a long drought, it’s officially back once again. A blend of tequila, watermelon schnapps and pineapple juice with a chile-seasoned rim, it’s one part sweet, one part tangy (“it really makes you pucker,” one reviewer explained), but given the fact that it’s such a hit, that seems to be a good thing.

6. Lavender Fog

Most Unique

According to Disney park-goers in the know, one of the best drinks at Disney isn’t in the park, but at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa hotel. Found at the resort’s Enchanted Rose lounge, this play on a London Fog features Nolet’s silver dry gin, crème de violette, a spot of English breakfast tea, vanilla and cream for a combination that enthusiasts say is irresistible. “I dream about it,” raved TikToker @ashleigh_poppins.

Most Unique

Forget avocado toast—this summer, we’re all about the La Cava Avocado at La Cava del Tequila, a small restaurant inside a cave with more than 200 top-of-the-line tequilas found in EPCOT’s Mexican pavilion. Using 100 percent agave blanco tequila, it features melon liqueur, fresh avocado and lime and is presented with a pink salt hibiscus rim. Unlike some of the frozen margarita stands nearby, you won’t have to worry about it being all sugar—the pours here are legit. In fact, after sipping down one of these babies in the hot Florida sun, you just might find yourself feeling a wee bit loopy (I speak from personal experience).

8. Lapu Lapu

Best Drinkware

Who doesn’t want to drink out of a life-size pineapple? The Lapu Lapu at Disney’s Polynesian Resort will make all your tropical fantasies come true. Two types of dark rum and a bevy of tropical juices are poured straight into the fruit with a little cutout for your straw and miniature umbrella that you can carry around the resort. It’s definitely “adult”—particularly if you happen to get a nice, strong swing of the Barcardi 151 it’s topped with—so enjoy responsibly.

Most On-Theme

  • Where to Get It: Oga’s Cantina, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney World

  • Primary Liquor: tequila

  • Price: $18

Don’t worry: No slugs were harmed during the making of this drink, despite the fact that it comes out bright green. (Or at least, we don’t think they were.) Recommended to us by Brianna Frost, who was in charge of the artisan color design and paint for EPCOT’s most recent transformation, this tequila-forward blend gets its unique coloring by mixing Herradura reposado with Bols blue Curaçao. Throw in some citrus juices, ginger, herbs and bitters, and you’ve got a concoction that any Star Wars fan would be proud to sip. Can’t wait to get to Disney to get your fix? You’re in luck—the recipe is included in the Unofficial Disney Parks Drink Recipe Book.

10. DOLE Whip Pineapple Float with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum

Most Classic

Just when you thought Disney’s famous DOLE Whip treats couldn’t get any better, Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Animal Kingdom comes along and adds booze to the mix in form of a little Parrot’s Bay. If you’ve never experienced a DOLE Whip (the horror!), it’s a tart frozen treat that you almost *need * to keep consuming just to quench your thirst. While we haven’t tried it wit alcohol, we actually think the Parrot Bay might be just what it needs to balance it out and make it less citrus-forward.

11. Blue Glow-Tini

Most Popular

This popular pick has toured its way through several different Walt Disney World locales over the years, but right now, you can find it in Disney’s Animal Kingdom at the Tusker House and at the park’s hotel villas at Sanaa. While the fun factor is all in the presentation (that neon glow comes courtesy of a special ice cube that’s dropped into the martini glass), it’s full of flavor too, thanks to its dash of peach schnapps, blue curaçao and pineapple juice. Depending on who makes it, it can come out on the stiffer side, but the saccharine sugar rim helps to quell the burn.

12. Leaping Leprechaun

Best Value

  • Where to Get It: Rose & Crown Pub, EPCOT, Disney World

  • Primary Liquor: whiskey

  • Price: $15

While it’s not the most visually stunning pick on our list, the Leaping Leprechaun will appeal to those with a hankering for something off the sweet and fruity path, since its base ingredient is Jameson Irish whiskey (though it’s also got a little rum and a little vodka, too). Finished off with sweet and sour and Sprite, this unusual combination packs a bit of a wallop, giving you what TikToker-ers say is by far the best bang for your buck.
